We apologize that you are having an issue with your coupon. Please note that only one coupon can be used per order so you must remove old coupons before adding new ones. Sometimes if you use the browser back button in the order the coupon will not apply.
If you continue to experience issues, please go to the shopping cart here, remove any coupons by clicking "remove" next to the coupon line, and then adding the new coupon again. If you don't see the word "Coupon" with "Remove" right under it, then there is no coupon applied and you may simply add a new coupon
If you would like to place the order and send us the order number and the coupon code, we will apply the coupon to the order and respond back to your email.
